FAQ’s

  • The cost of each artwork is determined by a combination of factors that reflect both the creative process and the finished piece. These include the size of the work, the complexity of the subject, the time invested, and the materials used.

For oil paintings, pricing also reflects the depth of layering, level of detail, and the scale of the composition. Pencil works are typically more accessible, but still reflect the precision, craftsmanship, and time required to complete them.

As my body of work grows and demand increases, pricing evolves accordingly. Each piece is created as a unique, original work, and is priced to reflect its place within my overall portfolio.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30–50% is typically required to begin a custom piece. This secures your place in my schedule and allows me to begin the creative process.

The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery. For larger or more complex commissions, payment plans can be arranged upon request.

  • Each artwork is carefully packaged by hand to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. I take great care in protecting every piece during transit, using secure wrapping and durable materials.

Every shipment also includes a handwritten note as a personal thank you for supporting my work and independent fine art.

Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the artwork, destination, and shipping method. Smaller works are typically more affordable to ship, while larger or framed pieces may require specialized packaging and higher shipping costs.

Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout or provided during the commission process.

  • The timeline for each artwork varies depending on the size, complexity, and medium.

Pencil pieces are typically completed within 1–2 weeks, depending on detail and current workload.

Oil paintings generally take between 3–6 weeks. This allows time for layering, refinement, and proper drying between stages to ensure a high-quality, lasting result.

For custom commissions, timelines may vary slightly based on the scope of the project and current availability. An estimated completion timeframe will always be provided before work begins.

  • Yes, international shipping is available.

Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely, no matter the destination. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on location, size of the piece, and shipping method.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Exact shipping rates will be provided during checkout or upon commission inquiry.

  • Yes, all artwork can be insured during transit.

Insurance coverage is available based on the value of the piece and is typically included or offered at the time of shipment. I work closely with trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx to ensure each piece is protected throughout delivery.

If you would like additional insurance coverage or have specific requests, this can be arranged during the purchase or commission process.

  • Clients are welcome to be involved throughout the creative process in a structured and collaborative way.

Each commission includes up to three revision stages, allowing you to provide feedback at key points as the piece develops. This ensures the final artwork aligns with your vision while maintaining the integrity of my artistic style.

We will establish clear checkpoints for feedback during the process, and adjustments will be made based on the scope of the piece, medium, and timeline. My goal is to create a finished work that is both technically strong and personally meaningful to you.
