We do not refund any goods for change of mind.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

1. When commissioning the artist, shipping rates and delivery times will be negotiated during the consultation and before signing the contract.
2. We are not responsible for any Custom fees that your country may request in order to release the goods.
